ADP option Not Visible Under SETTINGS

Hi,

I am a part of DRAFTADMIN team trying to change the ADP defaults using the Settings - >Area Based ADP Defaults.

But this option is not visible under my settings menus.

Under Draft Administration I have already selected Area Based ADP but still I could not see the Area Based ADP Defaults under settings.

Please advise how to solve this.

Right now I am calling this form by Command SHOW!!abadefaults and modifying it.
