Run the complete project sheet size report. Some of sheet was not defined as a STD. deleted those sheets.
Also the pointing PML defaults was wrong. Changed the path also.
Now everything OK. But really done a lot of trail and error method.
So there was a problem with the wrong path to the dra-gen-system file after all.
It seemed to be so from the beginning when I see the warnings (errors) when starting draft (9 errors). All of them pointing very probably local project libraries. (also 9 of them)
