Which kind of primitives are you talking about?
If they are "obstruction" volumes, you should check their LEVEL attribute.
It should probably be in the range of 8 - 10 (or similar)
So you should create a STYL element in Draft that covers those levels (or switch the "obstruction" flag ON for the existing STYLES)
By default, Aveva supplied styles are covering LEVEL number 6 ( that is the default 3D level, too)
