AutoDRAFT inactive in Draft dropdown menu

I have given access to user for padd mbd and when open draft it show all menus, pulldown menus shows AutoDRAFT menu but it is inactive. I have tried to configure AutoDraft to autoCAD. Because of that I could not work on Edit option.
