By Default, in Design, Level is set to 6.
So if you do not want to change that (I would not change it), you need to create your catalogue component primitives with, for example, Level 0 6.
In Draft then you create a specific Style for those element and set the Level to 7

I have created catalogue component with level 0 10, is appearing both in draft and design.
I need this catalog items only in design and not in draft. I tried changing its level from 0 10 to 9 10. It is not appearing in design and draft both.
Please let me know which level should i use only to appear in design and not in draft
