Please check this thread, which has VB macro to be used in excel.
Select the cells which you want to export to file, then run that in PDMS. Its created as Note.

we work with PDMS, not [COLOR=#333333]E3D, so it would be the macro only if anyone does not know a better solution[/COLOR]

could anyone post a screenshot of the Excel and the result in draft?I don't have access to draft for the next couple of weeks, so showing some screenshots could help to convince others to use it before I return :).
