I think so, you just need to define a drawlist containing the required section.
If this doesn't work, i think that the drawlist should contain a SBFR (or a FRMW) at least.
I tried that. It only works when the drawlist content is a SBFR or FRMW or anything other than just the sctn. I was trying to avoid putting the SCTN in a SBFR for other reasons.
