Area based ADP in PDMS 12.1Sp5

Hello everyone,

Just found out that the Area based ADP settings is not available in PDMS 12.1Sp5. Does it mean it has been removed or my PDMS is not complete.

The general ADP does not allow the use of the Area Based ADP settings (DRA-ABA-DEFAULTS) thereby not generation my GA with dimensions and tags automatic.

Kind advise on what to do.

Sample ADP Files will come with installation, you can copy and modify existing rules

i tried coping and editing but it does not work... can you elaborate?

As far as I remember, ABA ADP requires a specific license.
But I could be wrong.
