DRAW PROBLEMS E3D

In version in windows specification should be other than 20H2.for one user we were checking in system information which was showing 19042 build but in windows specification we found the version 20H2. So we changed OS version and it worked.

INDEED, there it shows 20H2, so if that's the bug, I havce to ask IT if it's possibel to change it .

still another remark on that one : I can generate some plans, other only in parts, per view and then I'm expunged from the E3D ...   So if that's realy the reason due to the Windows build version, it's not consequent .   I have the issue in E3d 2 and E3d 3....      another issue I have in E3d3 is that some sheets are opening, but I have no graphic screen popping up .. for other sheets it works fine . Someone a soilution for that one ?

i got similar trouble when export to ifc, the reason was du to step file in my model. i found no solution

before i often had this problem.

the reason is:  stp file in the model clash with other element when use rules for hatch in draft model

so you should put stp equipment in a isllated view in draft it is ok

Make sure there are no more then 500 members in each hierarchy element.

Can be done via a macro, this solved the WIGWAM problem for us in DRAW.

You might try separating those step files in several different ds's, then when entering DRAW, defer any databases which are not required for the specific drawing you are working on. You may still crash, but you should notice reduced time in generating drawings.
