Hey Corrado, yes I did , I'm now trying to install and use E3D 3.1 since it semems to be more reliable to work with, but have some issues .. Brian is giving me some assistance. I thinck the biggest problem is that we are using a lot of Step files in our model which are relatively heavy to load .  We tried to simplify them manually  (the Aveva module to simplify it costs quite a lot if you compare it with  a natiove E3D  license) , but still it's still hard for draw to generate everything.

In E3D 3.1 Draw I have now the problem that I have no graphics window (even not after deleting the user and temp directories)

Check your Windows Build. Draw is not working on 20H2 Windows Build. We faced similar problems for Draw.

what about update your graphics card driver ? or (if possible) testing another graphics card

thanks for the advice, we have still build 19042 , so it seems not to be the problem

We already update those and test but no luck. We also shared this problem to Aveva for enhancement. Now currently we have instructions to IT guys that do not installed 20H2 build on E3D designer machine.

If your cheking in system infoy for build then check once in display settings> about it should show version other than 20H2
