Create DRAW backing sheet from AutoCAD

Anybody have the procedure for creating a backing sheet for DRAW from AutoCAD.  The lisp routines that accompanied PDMS for this task are not included in the E3D installation.

Being positioned at SHLB level: Tools ribbon-->Import CAD

Hi Corrado, tried that and it keeps giving error says "Error occurred during import! Phase: Processing input file." with no info of what went wrong.

Any clue if it needs anything else setup before we can import DXF/DWG files in DRAW

I would simplify the drawing in Autocad as much as possible (i.e. exploding, purging, deleting hatches and unnecessary elements) before importing into E3D
