How to select & highlight element in Draw Explorer using command line

Hi,

Anyone know how to select & highlight element in Draw Explorer? Of course we can right click then choose "Select element" from the menu, but I want to know how to execute that function using command line.

Thanks a lot for your reply. That works great!
I have another question, how to clear all other highlighted items before executing that code? In E3D Draw we can use mouse to select as many elements as we want, and they will be highlighted, I want to clear all those highlights before selecting and highlighting new element. I tried UNENHANCE ALL but it didn't work, it only worked with an individual ref number of a single element, but I also struggle to find out which elements are currently highlighted to get their ref number.
Hope you can help.
