Im afraid that is not possible. There was a another thread about this problem with no solution. Because u cant somehow click on DPPT, u can use vector editor to add, remove or edit position of DPPT, but it not directly select it. So u still need click on right DPPT in DRAW tree if u want change some attributes. (sorry for bad english)
it's surprised that many draft commands are not working in E3D which makes a lot of problem.
Same thing with Matchline coordinates, it is just ON/OFF only. But in actual, we need to arrange coordinates at free space but now it's not possible.
Section functionality also not that much useful as it cuts whole view.

Have you ever attended any kind of training in E3D DRAW ?
Believe me. DRAW is much better and easier than DRAFT.
It is a matter of learning and getting used to it.
yes, i attended E3D training and did a lot of customization in Draft for drawing production.
But still, it's a longway to go. E3D gives a facility to draw like autocad but trend is of automation and digitalization.
We don't expect designer to draft like autocad in draw.
Tool shall be automated to produce drawing as per standard practices and in batches.
