How I know if project is Global or non-global?

Hello guys,

In PDMS 12.0 and 12.1 there is a pseudo-attribute GLBSTR (boolean) that show me if project structure is Global or non-global.

Do you know if there are any attribute or pseudo-attribute like GLBSTR in PDMS 11.6 SP4?

You can check this on your admin command line just typing /*GL if this structure exist, you have a global project, above this there are lots of attributes.

I have found an answer to my question, see below:

!proj = current project
!isglobal = !proj.isglobal() (boolean)

It works in versions 11.6, 12.0 and 12.1.

can you explain me that command syntax is these and where to run this command i also want to copy project from global to local and if i run project --replicate-- data what will happen

if your have Project name AAA Which is Global.

In Order to Convert this into Non Global,

Stop the Deamon at Satellite and Lock the Project.

Replicate-->Standalone will generate macro keep this aside

Make AAA Project folder to AAA.OLD

Create a Empty Project with AAA Name.

Run File Generated with Replicate-->Standalone in this Project.

After this Copy the Databases from AAA.OLD to AAA

Your work will be done.
