Just create another DESI DB with dbnu 700, then use reconfigure command to transfer all data in DB300 to DB700.
Regarding the database filename, I don't think you can keep the filename for the new DB700. PDMS will take care of that part.

Try this Sir Passath ;)
-----------------------------------------------------
FROM DB THACIV/THACIV
TO FILE /F1 /F2
RCFCOPY ALL
RECONFIGURE
DELETE DB THACIV/THACIV
CREATE DB THACIV/THACIV DESI DBNO 701
FROM FILE /F1 /F2
TO DB THACIV/THACIV
RECONFIG SAMEREF

SAMEREF wont work for the db number other than old db number
