Synchrinisation issue : Urgent

Hi All,
We are working as a Satellite for a project. The connectivity with Hub has been set. Now there are some errors in synchronising the data from Hub.
What will be the possible reasons and solutions for this issue?

1. check global communication status
2. check if the transaction files were very big, you might need use command RENEW DETELE to delete the transaction db files.

transaction db may be a problem.

stop deamons at both locations or at satellite location.
expunge all users from project
lock project
restart deamons.

it will create a new transaction db.

it is not required to delete Transaction database.
