Deamon error start

when i start my daemon

call C:\AVEVA\Plant\Manage\admindwcf start TOT
xxx

i have this f.. error:
cannot find/open Database schema file %aveva_design_exe%/sysvir

what is this that ?? i have a file called sysvir.dat in my %Aveva_design_exe%

i use global3.3.0.3
