Urgent please global module

We are working on global project, I need to exclude some databases from satellite project, I can not exclude because it is greyed. I mean exclude button not activated.

at satellite level you will only have rights to create Extract Databases that is new button will be activated.

please ask hub people to  do that.

only Admind.exe file is missing from the installation from the PDMS folder. Please let me know where went wrong .

Im using RPC protocol Prashanth

When you install global server you get an option during installation, i.e. a toggle, whether you want RPC Config or WCF Config. I assume if you select RPC config you will find the admind.exe in you global server installation folder.
