Satellite unable to Issue Extracts

    Satellite is not able to Issue extracts.
    Any idea how to solve this? It only appears as in progress in transaction list in Hub side.

    additional info, Extract DBfiles were accidentally deleted from Hub side and was replaced with files from a later backup, is this the cause why the Extract Issue is still In Progress status?

    Yes, that could be possible reason. As sessions may not be synchronized by replacing extract db from backup.

    If problem still there, then try to do this remedy.

    1. Clear transaction dbs. (I hope you are aware of how to do this)
    2. Delete extract db from Admin module & create again.

    Please note: You will not get work done in extract db, if that was not flushed before deleting file accidentally.

    Yup, that's exactly what I did,
    1. deleted transaction DB,
    2. deallocated extract DB from SAT
    3. deleted it in HUB
    4. created new Extract DBs
    5. Allocated back to satellite.
