No Matching Items were Found Paragon Warning

  • Hi all,

I am currently using AVEVA Catalogue Paragon Mk2.1.0.18, and I am trying to add a GASK that I have created into the spec I am creating. I am not entirely new to creating creating components, specs and adding components.

What I do exactly is that I Add Heading... and use the default heading for GASK, and subsequently I try to add my GASK by clicking on Add New Items...  and CE on the Add Form. However in this case I get a warning that says No Matching Items were Found.

I should note that I have created this gasket myself. However I am no strager to creating components, let alone gaskets, and I have added them to other specs before successfully. It should be noted that I cannot add these gaskets to any spec, therefore the error must lie with the component rather than the way I am trying to add it to my spec. My above claim is further supported by the fact that I have managed to add other gaskets successfully, however upon comparison I see absolutely no difference between the attributes of my gaskets that I cannot add into my spec and the other gaskets that I can successfully add.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
