CABLE Specification

I'm trying to create cable specification (I know piping spec).
But for cable, it's different...

Is someone has a summary, or something like that ??

Bc I don't really understand all links between TABITE (with TABQUE), GPART (with SCOM), SECT (with CCCORSE), etc etc...
In fact, I'm not an electrician so... it's hard ^^
