You need to "link" those primitives to a P-Point that moves when changing the angle.
It is a matter of trigonometry....

I would never go that much in detail, and I would just use the correct SKEY (TERF) that will report on the iso the need for a pad.

But if you are good in math's just go ahead and good luck!!!! ;-)
