Find/Report/Collect All CATE without any SCOM

We are doing some project clean up in Catalogue Project libraries. How would be easiest way to find/collect/report/specify all CATE[/U] doesn't have any SCOM[/U] under the hierarchies?

Thanks deva, How can I put this in the Reports? There were some errors when you want to put this in selection/ Rules.
I need to have the output in a text report file. Thanks

 

use search it is user friendly.

Element Type : CATE
Current Element : Hierarchy
Free Filter :  (mcount scom LT 1)
or
Free Filter : (mcount scom eq 0 )
