As you all know, size and bolting for upstream and downstream of PSVs are different.
we can only set a bolt for a valve. how we can set bolt (two different bolt) for PSVs?

use mbol. set the two sbol for safety valve.
in command line create MBLI & MBOL then write Q ATT for MBOL
in sbrarray refer two SBOLs. just type sbra.

Maybe you're talking about the fact that there is normally only on Blrfarray?
Just type in a second blrfarray in the Design Explorer at the SCOM and then it should appear in the Modify-CATE Window.
