Wall Penetration - Subfitting Element (SBFI) Can't Create Hole in it's Owner Solid (CMFI)

To All,

In wall (STWALL), compound fitting penetration (CMFI) is creating a solid object (+ve geom). Under it, a sub fitting element (SBFI) is created as a hollow cylinder (+/- ve geom).

Somehow, when SBFI element is created, it can punch a hole in a STWALL object but it doesn't create a hole in a solid rectangle which was created during creation of CMFI.

In catalogue, SFIT element, which was used for SBFI creation in E3D model, is referencing both positive solid SCYL (+ve geom) and negative NSCY (-ve geom) . "Negative geometry" NSCY is set to "cut through all" objects (NAPP flag set to 7).

Why SBFI element can't cut through solid rectangle created buy its owner (CMFI) and how to solve this?
