Any suggestion on how we can lock STRU from move and rotate modification by users? Users shall still be able to modify all other attributes of the STRU, but only Move & Rotate are not allowed (only Admin can do that).

as per manual, once DAC is ON, all are restricted. meaning we must add PEROP to ALLOWED modify all first before restriction. Sorry, I made a mistake on the attributes. Operation shall be Modify Disallow and Attributes will be POS ORI
I assume you also apply the ACR to the user.
I tested this PEROP and it Can Create/Delete Stru and modify properties aside from POS and ORI
Thank you! I didn't create a PEROP to allow all, and also forgot to set ACR reference to the user. Now it works
