Error (2,752) Array elements 5 does not exist

Hi all. Can someone help me on this issue. I got error when switch to MDS application from design module which is "(2,752) Array elements 5 does not exist".
Already mail to Aveva 3 times, still waiting their response.

Hello.. I found the solution,

Please remember what you did in your Catalog. and Modified or Deleted. 

in my case, I accidentally create new uncomplete COCO table. so I delete my last COCO table
