MDS Support Application defaults error

Hi,

I am using Aveva E3D3.1.1 for Support modelling. I am getting error related to LISEGA10, CPL, LISEGA and PSL configuration.

Errors are as below:

Interface LISEGA10 found in defaults is not in XML configuration file, interface not loaded

Interface CPL found in defaults is not in XML configuration file, interface not loaded

Interface LISEGA found in defaults is not in XML configuration file, interface not loaded

Interface PSL found in defaults is not in XML configuration file, interface not loaded

In Sample Project, This error is not coming and also Supports Admin Data form, Only MDS is showing under Project Hanger interface.

I have attached snap of Supports Admin Data formC:\DATA

Please check HangerInterfaceConfiguration.xml file in the E3D installation folder.....

HangerInterfaceConfiguration.xml is available in installation folder.

I see. So open it with a text editor and make sure you have interface block of lines as follows:

Hi Corrado,

The supprtconfiguration.xml is also in the local folder. Is there a common folder where we can this xml files? I dont want all design team to replace their file when there is modification.

I don't know. What you say is correct. The file should be saved in the E3D project and/or default folder so that is shared. I would suggest that you open a Case for a product enhancement in Aveva GCS Website

I completely forgot about MDS_SUPPORT_CONFIG_LOCATION variable, sorry!

By the way, similarly you can set MDS_SUPPORT_HANGER_CONFIG_LOCATION variable
