Framework Support error

What kind of framework have you created?

Have you added a packer?

Maybe the distance between the pipe and the beam is too short to fit a packer in between...

I have added plate as fixing in framework for bolted type. Packer i have not added.

Any guidance where I can do that change.

In default there is option for max. Packing dist. There is value 50

Is it an insulated pipe?

No pipe is not insulated. This is coming only i added wear pad. Instead of that if I choose rest then it is coming fine

Make sure you have enough space to fit your wear pad
