Creating Cmponent With set attribute

Dear All,
I Want To Create Attachment in Design module but this attachment has attribute ATTYP CCNN .
i dont want to set this attribute one by one.
Is there any way that when i select Attachment from CHOO window this attribute set automatically?

if you need to set this automatically then you need to change this PDMS default form. Administrator can help .
only way is set in design. or make a list .

No. ATTY needs to be set in Design, unless it changed in PDMS 12

So What Attribute List Could be Input In Attribute Column of Spec?

Im using E3D. I thought if I add ATTY in the heading of spec it will work but it didn't...
