Error (17,7)

Hi,
I have performed some modifications to my specification then re-loaded it using $m.
No problems up to the line 2040 and after...
I receive the following message:
(17,7) Answers select previously defined SELEC 12 of SELEC 8 of SPECIFICATION /M15A
What I can not understand is what the SELEC is doing here?

I could resolve -temporarily- the problem by removing (to Limbospec) the problematic SPCOs, but I guess this is not the best solution.



Any help, please, to understand the problem?

I think there is a duplication in the STYPE or SPCO name so you have to change it and rerun it again.

Unfortunately, no; I have checked line by line and there is no duplication.
Each SPCO has its proper name...

It is not a problem of name.
The point is that the different SELECs should lead to one unique SPCO and this is not the case in your SPEC. Check this line and the rest of the SPEC again.
