spec to upload

I have received bolt spec from the other office to upload it in to PDMS, I have already have a bolt spec with the same name in the project and also it has used in the project.
Please let me know what is the procedure to be fallowed it in to PDMS VERSION 12.1

1) Should i delete the spec before uploading or move it to the limbo spec.
2)how to upload ?

It depends on what you need to achieve.
If you need to update your old spec elements (SPCO references) or add new SPCO,
then you may update old spec using specon format.

If other office will send you totally new spec,
then I believe renaming of old spec and creation of new one and replacing of references will be solution...

But as I said, it depends  on the situation.

instead of renaming, can i move to limbo spec ?

can i use $m in paragon to import spec, or I need to switch to specon module to import.

You can use specon mode in Paragon:

speconmode
$m /...
exit
