RECONFIG SAMEREF in SPECON

I would like to know whether I can use RECONFIG and SAMEREF command for SPECON.
I wish to update piping spec in text file and then Upload it with $M in specon , by this it is totally disturbs the previousey modelled in Design modul.

reconfig command only runs in admin module as far as I know.

These are admin commands should use on database.

Usually Reconfig with sameref used for Database corrupt cases etc.

When a DB is reconfigured, the reference numbers of the elements in the destination DB will be different from the corresponding reference numbers in the source DB. To ensure that the same reference numbers are maintained after reconfiguration, you can use the command:
RECONFIGURE SAMEREF

This is only done from Admin Module.

For Spec modification use your text file or Modify>>Specification menu from Paragon Module.
