Ok please forgive me, I do not use PDMS. I am an TSA 1 in IT at my company and I have a user that is receiving a dabacon error. The error reads as follows:
(43, 365) Dabacon error 37 for DB PDE/E500
I look in the error_codes.zip file posted in another thread and saw that error 37 is a 'File write failed' and I am wondering how to correct this issue. Any assistance would be great.
Ok nevermind, the person who requested help with this, requested help for someone else. The owner of the error is no longer expieriencing this issue, but from the info that I gathered they were not having any other errors with this one. I was hoping to have more info for you so I could learn a little more about this program, but I guess it will have to wait until next time. =) Thanks anyway.
OK.
If the user experience this again sometime, have a look at the black console window.
You might find some MCD error code there. If you get that kind of error, it tend to be problems with the network or other hardware in the system.
