I've noticed possibly wrongly when you save forms and displays you do carry errors over to your next session.

This is a reason I do not like this command.

but I`ve way to solve this prob using 11.5 sp1 after using this command
1st step...Command > display > save > forms & display ( Exit )
2nd step...Command > display > restore > forms & display
just click error messenge then go setting > clasher > default and pick reset to system key in clearance for example 50mm finally check CE result no error apper
