Security Error for PDMS cadcflex error 1

Hi all.

I have a problem, hope someone can help me.

I have Aveva 11.6 sp4.

Was working fine, suddenly the computer, failed, I installed a new hard drive
installed sofwtware, gave the same Computer name, the macaddress was kept.

Loaded the license again, but received an error

" Security error for PDMS cadcflex error 1" (daemon version....)

I called our SW provider and told me that I need to fill out a form
explaining the problem, send a latter to Aveva so that they can create
other license code.
Is that true?

I suppose in the way I did it,It  should work, because all what Aveva needs to create a license is only the computername and macaddress.

Did I make something wrong?, any opinion.

Aveva issue the licences so that is the obvious place to go.

Problem may be only in MAC address and in computer name. Check it carefull.
