    Girish,
    Are you trying to enter PDMS loading from a binary?
    Try to enter loading from macro files. If it works, go to Settings > Graphics > Representation and set the arc tolerance for a value above 1.
    After that, save another Forms & Display in order to avoid future problems.

    Actually, it don´t need to be above 1, just above 0.1, like 0.2 and above is enough to avoid this error.

    Look you macro loginPDMSok, maybe there could exist some command that make this error happens.

    If you dont find any error, try put the arc tolerance by a command.....But I'm not remebering the correct command for this now....

    But the minimum is 0.1....

    Deleting the files in your PDMSUSER folder will solve this issue.

    I think error is te solve now, but i have one more solution . Go to your PDMS folder, pdmsuser then open des-rep.pmldat and change value of !!tmpgphrepopt.arctolerance=2
