A lot of your DB's have invalid references and at least one of your DB's that I saw has fatal errors. You need to talk to your administrator to address these. This is probably why MDS keeps crashing on you as well.
I Would be concerned that the Aveva rep couldn't at least ask you to dice the datebase and had a scan through the report.
As Cody says, sort out your db and see if that resolves the problem. Even if it isn't the cause of your errors, bad refs are definitely going to cause you problems in other areas so best get them done.
