Dabacon Error 516

I am getting Dabacon Error 516 for DB PIPE/444-DES-MECH-01 while saving the Drawing in Draft
using Aveva plant 12.1.sp2.4

AS PER DATABASE CODE WHAT I UNDERSTAND
ERROR 516  'Session page not found'

can expert confirm its appearing due to network failure issue ?

Did you do a DICE report to check the DB?

 

Do a dice check of the db with patch on if  that  does  help not go for reconfiguration with sameref. Be  careful and make a  back up  copy of the DB.
