Flexman -97 121 Error

 

It seems the license server cannot be reached. Launch cmd.exe and ping FINSRV03.
A possible solution might be to restart the license machine.

This error because u dont get Network licence to pdms

check out license server, whether it is shutdown??

go for Aveva License System instead of Flexman, it is preferable now.
