If these would be the problem than how it was working for four months and suddenly stop the communication without any Firewall setting modification

It was just a suggestion. If there was a oftware upgrade on the server, it may have reset the ports. (we experienced something similiar) Otherwise check the size of the Trans db.
    Deleting it sometimes resolves this.

I checked with IT dept and there is no Software upgradation
The Trans db size is 13 mb do you think is it big enough.

    We have solved the problem

the problem was with some Group policy setting on the server.
by changing those settings the daemon is responding without any errors

these guys will not belive on PDMS Administrators

they always say there is nothing wrong with server settings

when we told the Aveva representative to handle the situation then these guys responded properly
infact the problem was been noticed by a Aveva Representative

if they know who you are and they know that you are working on customer side and using officially purchased commercial version and you the person to contact and your company is in agreement with Aveva then i dont see any reason why you should send question from official address esepeccialy if you dont have such (i thinknot every company provide mail addresses to employee).
