I have bought a portable hard drive about the size of scientific calculator
with an 80gb capacity.
Is it possible to install PDMS on PHD? So that when we go to our client, I will no longer install my setups includes UI and pmllib and everything. Well, I just have to add project path to the EVAR.
Thanks for sharing your insight. All are installation are in your portable disk drive excluding the flexLM which is installed the computer you are using.
Maybe it will not cause a problem.
Anymore?
I just want to know if everyone or anyone tried it.
For PDMS it doesn't matter where your installation directory, pmllib, project files, etc. are (external drive, network drive, anything else), until it can get a license from the license server running locally or on the network.
