You have a problems with map. Something wrong with them. I'm not telepathist, so the only advice I can give - rebuild maps or ask your PDMS Administrator do it.

type "map update mdb" or "map build mdb" in command line with user, having administrator privileges (this user must be able to read/write to db's in mdb's which is need to "spatial map up to date").
