Pdms is running

Dear Friends..
All of sudden my pdms11.6 and version12 is not working, it is running console and nothing is opening, no error ..no dialog box....
Today I installed yahoo messenger in my laptop, Is this is the problem ?. This is happend second time once I had a same problem then I formated my hard disk and reinstalled windows and PDMS software all again to work normally.
Even I tried just reinstalling PDMS only rather formatting my hard disk, but no result still the problem is exists as before. Please let me know anyone have come across this type probelm ever and post me if you have any answer.

have you got your licence file installed

have you checked your firewall settings.

sometimes nothing has appeared in the console window....in such case open in new graphic window and you may work on that.....
