Fix Installed No effect of fix on the software.

Hi to all,

I installed latest fix of PDMS12.1.SP13 on my pc,my pc is working on the windows 7 environment the fix effect is showing only for me.

I installed the same fix on other machines which are working on XP, the effect is not taking.

What may be the reason.

Help me.

And what effect are you expecting for?

i know english and trying to help but before i have to understand what is an effect you see on one machine and dont see on other. some issues fixed?

needs to be checked in registry if the installation procedure was succesful but it should not depend on windows
14 contain only ipr protection

i have checked on mine - fix installed correctly.
Maybe try one more time?

After installing the fix if you type [COLOR=#FF0000]q banner [/COLOR]it will show the banner with new fix name.

it is problem of our infrastructure,reinstallation of pdms solved the problem.
