I have this error in my server licence system i use Flexlm 5.2 and i'm not able to update my licence i use this system from 7 years ago and this is the first time that it happens

Have you tried contacting your local Aveva Office?
There is a new product now called Aveva Licensing System (ALS).
I suggest you to migrate to that.
It is anyway mandatory if you want to use latest Aveva Products (i.e. PDMS 12.1.SP4)
