    Hi,

    I have a txt datal (db listing) file which is taken frm pdms 11.5 and while iam running it in 12 version i am getting a syntax error at certain line and tht is "version 1151". How to run this file in 12 version... with out error

    Have you tried just removing that line from the file? It sometimes is that simple.

    i tried it changing to 12 or by removing tht line whn i changed to 12 it gives error version 12 or header

    Do you mind posting the macro?  Or adding, onerror continue to the top of your macro?

    I just output a spec in version 12.0SP4.4 and it includes the line "VERSION 1151".  Are you running this in Specon or Paragon?  Try running it in Paragon and in the command line type SPECONMODE.

    If you are not in SPECONMODE you will get the error:

    (47,15)   CP: Syntax error
    In line 6 of Macro C:\1j1.txt
    ^^VERSION 1151

    I just tested it.  So type SPECONMODE in the commandline and then try running in the macro.
