Insulation thickness is set in the Insulation Spec.
It is dependant upon the Operating temperature being set at Pipe and branch

    Hi,

I have got insulation on the pipes, but its taking all the way same thickness when it is 'ON' in the model, can any body help me how to get the thickness specified inthe spec. I have specified the correct thickness in the spec., but not able to get the same thickness in the model, its showing same thickness all over.

    Regards,

    Gopal

Have you checked the parameters of the catalogue refs are set correctly?
Then check that you have set the temperatures correctly at both PIPE and BRAN level in Design.
