Check with the aveva licence as 12.0SP6 needs flexman 5. You should be able to open a project from 12.0 SP5 with it.

Delete all whatyou have in PDMSWORK and PDMSUSER and try again.

Dear YKR i tryed that , there is no result and Yar_nl  Today only i upgraded my license server to Flexm 5.1 , There is no progress in finding solution to my problem.
