System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory.

You can try re-installing PDMS or use a machine without PDMS installed and install 12.0SP6 next

I am not doing upgrade yar_nl bcoz it's created using PDMS 12.0SP5 and i am also opening in PDMS 12.0 SP5..............

Naresh, I do not have PDMS 12 but I was going through .NET books. In the introduction, the JIT debugger was mentioned which is marked in the textfile of first post. The excerpt said - the error could be coming from any of the VS.NET Languages i.e. VB, VC etc. and comes when the application crashes. Refer the forum replies below:

I Think the Problem is due to Enable of NT Authentication ....... Someone Resolved this from client side but he is not Intersted to Share with him.,He skiped to Share.
